Since then he has been working on techno-legal aspects of Smart Grids and Smart Metering as well as of Cloud Computing at the KIT's [http://compliance.zar.kit.edu/21_139.php Center for applied legal studies]. In addition, he holds a guest professorship for [http://ig.cs.tu-berlin.de/ma/fp/ data protection and information economics] at TU Berlin since 2011 and since 2012 he has been visiting scientist at the FZI (Forschungszentrum Informatik - Research Center for Information Technology).
