March 12, 2024 - On March 1, 2024, the research group Applied Technical-Cognitive Systems presented its research in the field of automated and connected driving to Federal Minister Dr. Volker Wissing. This was underscored with a fully autonomous drive across the Campus North.

March 6, 2024 - On January 31, 2024, a commission convened by the KIT Dean's Office decided to award Dr. Tobias Käfer the status of KIT Associate Fellow. This entitles him to participate in doctoral procedures of scientists from his own junior group.
