You would like to write a master thesis abroad' on a computer science/AI topic (e.g. Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Knowledge Graphs) and be financially supported? Michael Färber from the AIFB research group "Web Science" now offers this possibility in connection with a DAAD call for proposals. Stays are possible for instance at the National Institute of Informatics (Tokyo, Japan), the National University of Singapore (Singapore), the University of Illinois-Champaign (USA), and the University of Innsbruck (Austria).
The chances of receiving a DAAD scholarship are high. In the past, final theses abroad under the supervision of Dr. Färber have already been funded. However, please note to contact Michael Färber in time (ideally 7 months in advance). Applications are possible as of now.
