Beschreibung

Die Entwicklung und Markteinführung eines mobilen Mehrwertdatendienstes ist aufgrund der Heterogenität mobiler Netze und Endgeräte sowie der spezifischen Merkmale solcher Dienste eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe, so dass gerade für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU) aufgrund ihrer beschränkten Ressourcen der entsprechende finanzielle und personelle Aufwand kaum tragbar ist. Aus diesen Gründen ist es die Zielsetzung dieses Forschungsvorhabens, ein umfassendes Framework für mobile Dienste zu entwickeln und anhand von zwei Leitszenarien zu evaluieren. Weiteres Ziel ist die Vermittlung der Ergebnisse an KMU um die Nutzung mobiler Mehrwertdienste in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Das Projekt sieht vor, dass im Anschluss an die notwendigen technischen und wirtschaftlichen Analysen zusammen mit den Projektpartnern die Architektur spezifiziert wird. Parallel zur Implementierung werden Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle bearbeitet und Nutzungskonzepte entwickelt.
