February 29, 2024 - For the next four years, Professor Dr. Ali Sunyaev will be part of the DFG scientific council for computer science for the subject of data management, data-intensive systems, computer science methods in business informatics. He is thus part of the scientific representation of 49 review boards that decide on DFG funding decisions according to the DFG's own scientific standards and in the spirit of excellence in research, innovation, and the search for knowledge.
February 05, 2024 - Prof. Dr. Ali Sunyaev is now part of Member Board of Directors at German Informatics Society (GI). He will represent the interests of information systems and computer scientists in science, business, public administration, society, and politics on behalf of around 20,000 members.
26. Oktober 2023 - The Applied-Technical Cognitive-Systems research group, led by Prof. J. Marius Zöllner, presented its latest autonomous vehicle at ITSC 2023. This research vehicle enables autonomous as well as connected operation in real world situations
