Lei Wan is an external Ph.D student at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. He received the Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Engineering of University and the Master´s Degree in Mechatronics and Information Technology from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His research fields are related to autonomous driving, computer vision, sensor fusion, and collaborative perception with V2X, whose goal is to improve the safety of autonomous driving through the development of robust perception systems.
