Hey there! 👋
I'm a Ph.D. candidate in the research group led by Prof. Zöllner. As a teaching assistant in „Machine Learning 1 - Fundamentals“ and „Machine Learning 2 - Advanced Methods“, I try to show my students the manifold world of machine learning, delving into both fundamentals and advanced methods.
My research playground is nothing short of fascinating. I'm captivated by the idea of creating generally capable autonomous agents, a quest that necessitates a symphony of foundation models, large-scale systems, robotics, and a wealth of data. I'm particularly focused on unraveling the mystery of how these agents can master a myriad of tasks by simply watching web-scale video data, like the treasure trove of knowledge hidden in YouTube videos.
But that's not all; I'm also involved in the SofDCar project. Here, I'm working on perception systems for autonomous vehicles, systems that possess the remarkable ability to detect when they venture into uncharted territory or face distribution shifts by embracing uncertainty.
